B2B Transaction Process Update
We've been working over the past few weeks to clean-up some of the B2B Outgoing processing. There are some fairly old ("legacy") bits of code in the system, some it left over from the BioTrack days in Washington that we are trying to cleanup. At the same time we are also attempting to bring the workflows in OpenTHC for Washington inline with how the system functions in other regions (ie: Metrc). And, to make matters even more complex, we're stuck dealing with a fragile system of CCRS in Washington.
On Sunday, January 18th updated code was deployed for Washington clients. And, in-short, it wasn't perfect. It wasn't as well tested as we usually do. Some bugs, with regards to committing and finishing the B2B Outgoing and the Manifest processes were released. Not Good.
Just today we've refined the process, cleaned up some of those cases where the system was doing things wrong.
Going forward, the process should fit the standard Create, Commit, Finish flow that other records (Plants, Inventory) and other regions follow.
