OpenTHC provides general installation, maintenance and support services for custom-cloud or on-site operation. All network and machine infrastructure must be provided by the client. We support clouds such as Amazon, Google and Microsoft -- basically anything than can run Debian 10.

We also service client specific integrations and customizations. Including, but not limited to, unique scales, printers, labeling solutions, process automation equipment, environmental controls.
Each of these is handled on a case by case basis as they are impossible to predict. We will work with your team to evaluate the scenario through a discovery process and make a project plan. We will only provide rough, non-contractual estimates of person-hours.
Project management services such as meetings, planning, calendar-estimates and similar works are billed at Discovery Time rates.

Typically, hours are purchased in small batches for work focued on specific areas. All customization work is very fluid, with change requirements appearing throughout the process. The result is that we are unable to guarantee a successful outcome, only that we will spend time on the project.
What our team is fundamentally selling is our attention and our time. Services for customisation are billed up-front and are NOT REFUNDABLE.
