CCRS Launch Update - 2022-01-10

It's not getting much better. The LCB has active messages about delays in processing and asking providers to hold of on uploads so they have time to process the backlog. The longer we wait to upload, the more we'll have to upload.

0800h Upload Attempts

Tried some more uploads for both Group1 and Group2 data as well as Manifest CSV. No responses were received. We notified the LCB.

1230h Update

Got a call from an LCB staff member to let us know that almost 600 response messages from CCRS to us had been stuck in some queue. This included both success and failure response messages. So, now we are in the process of slowly (so as not to overload their system) uploading our own backlog of data.
